Tiwonge Ghambi is the Chief Executive Officer for Succentrix in Woodbridge. Her wide experience in budgeting, accounting, finance, project management and business advisory makes her a great partner in taking your business to the next level. 

Tiwonge joined the Open Society Foundations (OSF), a global grant making firm, in 2014 and is the Senior Budget Officer. The Budget Office at OSF oversees a global budget of over 1 billion dollars annually, across all OSF national and regional foundations, thematic and regional programs, advocacy offices and administrative departments. Her office helps units prepare, submit, modify and track their budgets, and spending in line with approved strategies using a centralized budget tool, Adaptive Planning. She primarily provides budget support to the Africa region as well as other administrative units as part of her portfolio. 

As yet another attribute, Tiwonge joined the Finance and Investments Committee at Philanthropy New York (PNY) in 2015 with responsibility to provide advice to PNY's board of directors on budget and investment matters completing service in 2020. Prior experience has been in higher education (Brandeis University and University of Massachusetts, Boston campus), non-governmental organizations (Wellcome Trust and Banja La Mtsogolo, a Marie Stopes International subsidiary company) and in the oil and energy sectors (BP Group). She has extensive experience working in African countries from her engagements before relocating to the United States.

Tiwonge holds a Masters of Business Administration degree with concentration in International Finance from Brandeis University International Business School and is a Chartered Management Accountant qualified by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA – UK). Currently Tiwonge is studying part time at New York University, Wagner Graduate School of Public Service for the Executive Masters of Public Administration Degree majoring in non-profit management.
