​Lorina Bao, owner and Executive Partner of Succentrix Business Advisors of Broward, is a Certified Public Accountant from Philippines and has well over 20 years of working experience as an external auditor, management accountant and financial controller. Her years of experience includes working in different countries such as Philippines, Caribbean and United States. This exposed her to different working environment and cultures all over the world and in dealing with the clients according to their wants and needs in every aspect of the project or business. Working hand in hand and solving problems together with the clients and making them satisfied and happy are one of her biggest strengths in terms of working relationship.

Through hard work and determination, Lorina has successfully achieved her dreams of graduating from one of the prestigious universities in the Philippines in March 2001 and became a certified public accountant few months later. She started her accounting and auditing career as a Junior auditor in BDO Philippines and worked there for 4 years. Thereafter, she had an opportunity to get hired by Baker Tilly BVI, in the Caribbean and worked there for three and a half years. Following her long years of audit and accounting exposures working with external clients, she then decided to join TMF Group, one of the biggest trusts and fiduciary companies in the world as internal management accountant, which gave her an opportunity to work with internal accounting and financial processes, and collaborate with colleagues around the world. Her career was further advanced through her promotion as Financial Controller for the Caribbean region and her location move from the Caribbean office to Miami office in 2021.

Her previous education and work experiences equipped her with sufficient knowledge and skills to operate and manage any task related to financial accounting and reporting, tax and payroll matters, budgeting and forecasting, including building great working relationships with colleagues and clients.
